Even though we solved bug 4739 we don't have a profile for LXDE, and not even a
bug report about it.

> The "Lightweight X11 Desktop Environment" is an extremely fast-performing and
> energy-saving desktop environment. Maintained by an international community of
> developers, it comes with a beautiful interface, multi-language support,
> standard keyboard short cuts and additional features like tabbed file browsing.
> LXDE uses less CPU and less RAM than other environments. It is especially
> designed for cloud computers with low hardware specifications, such as
> netbooks, mobile devices (e.g. MIDs) or older computers.

Trying to employ tl-4.7.0 server on debian install with only LXDE desktop.

So, y'all got a profile scraped together in the last few years?

Please see this chapter in our Administrator's Guide for information on
how to add profiles:

In most cases all you need to know is the XDG session name for
LXDE. The link above details how to find this.

A profile for LXDE is now added. Looking at the code github, it seems like it
is started the same way on all distribution platforms. But I have only tested
on Fedora 25 so far.

Works well. Tested on Ubuntu 16.04.
------- Comment #7 From cendio 2017-03-30 13:23:07 -------
Doesn't work on Fedora 26. I can see the profile in GDM, but not ThinLinc.
------- Comment #8 From cendio 2017-03-30 13:34:08 -------
False alarm. It was PyGlade issues on my machine.
