Description Erik Forsberg cendio 2007-02-23 11:32:14 CET
Copying a large file using 'cp', aborting the transfer with ^C somewhere in the
middle, the copy operation is not really aborted - the whole file is transferred.

This might be a more or less intended behaviour in the NFS client in the Linux
kernel.

Tested both on

Linux gotland.lkpg.cendio.se 2.6.15-28-686 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu Feb 1 16:14:07 UTC
2007 i686 GNU/Linux

and on

Linux ender.thinlinc.com 2.6.17-1.2142_FC4smp #1 SMP Tue Jul 11 22:57:02 EDT
2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

With slow connections, this behaviour is less than optimal.
