+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #3121 +++

I couldn't get audio to work and it wasn't directly apparent to me why. Apparently pulseaudio kept crashing, but this was never noted in tlclient.log.

We should log whenever a subprocess exits and also if it terminated because of a signal.
