Description Aaron Sowry cendio 2012-04-26 11:14:54 CEST
Currently we direct users to support for any and every error that can possibly happen during installation. This includes things like our package installer being unable to obtain the package installer lock, network errors, repository errors such as not being registered to RHN, etc. We need to think long and hard about whether this is a good idea or not.

We should always present the user with information on how to contact us. This bug is about presenting more specific error messages in the cases where this is possible.
