Some settings in vsmserver require a restart of the service to take effect. In some cases, even a few seconds of downtime may be unacceptable when modifying settings.

Perhaps we can implement a "reload" directive for vsmserver (and other ThinLinc services) to be able to apply settings without restarting the service.

Is this still possible now that we have systemd units?
