Currently, the System Health Check only checks vsmagent and vsmserver. We should check tlwebaccess as well. Perhaps even tlwebadm, although that would be a bit of a tautology.

Fixed now.

Note that there's still no page for modifying any Web Access configuration via our Web Admin Interface, see bug 7256 for that.

Tested, and status for Web Access has indeed been added to the System Health page. It also shows the correct status depending on if Web Access is running or not. User and group lookup works as previously.

The additions to the documentations also look good.
