ThinLinc fails to properly detect disconnects on the T410 with the gray gemplus reader.

Seems to be a base firmware bug though as opensc in the session shows that the reader still claims there's a card inserted and you get "unresponsive card" errors.

Probably not a massive issue though as the T410 is annoyingly difficult to use for anything but password authentication.

It works for me with the white gemalto reader on the T410.

However, automatic connect is a bit annoying since sometimes it seems to take ages until the smart card is detected in the ThinLinc client.
