Just as we do for compiled default configuration values, which sets server name defaults to our demo system, we should include the ssh keys within the tlclient binary. This solves distribution of ssh keys for platforms which does not have a installer.

The scenarios where this should occur are:

 * macOS client (since we don't install any default configuration)

 * Windows client, when not using our installation program (all config is in the registry, which is set up by the installer)

We don't have any demo servers anymore, so this is no longer relevant.
