Description Karl Mikaelsson cendio 2015-11-26 16:18:40 CET
An administrator can't plan their ThinLinc upgrade ahead of time, since we don't describe what changes we make to our (default) configuration files in each release.

If we would add a section in the release notes for "Configuration changes", we could describe each such change, making it possible for the administrator to prepare for the upgrade.

If 5723 is implemented, its worth considering linking to the release notes (where information regarding config changes can be found) in the step where tl-setup asks the administrator to update the config files.

The "making a release" document on the intranet was updated to mention the release note template.

Looks good!

Verified the additions to the release notes template and the new text in tl-setup. I also don't think the new increased height of tl-setup looks wierd. Still within the okay range for me.
