A user on a low-bandwidth network would want to lower the image quality to get a better experience from the HTML5 client.

conversely,

A user on a high-bandwidth network would want to raise the image quality to get the best possible quality from the HTML5 client.


Today, we don't offer the possibility to change the image quality settings. As far as I've understood, they're fixed.
