In the connection manager, there's an icon for configuring general client settings. Clicking this icon brings up a drop-down menu with different client types to select from. When the ThinLinc client is installed, it should have configurable settings available through an entry in this menu. Right now, ThinLinc is not present in the client settings drop-down menu.
