In the options dialog of the native client, there are tooltips for many options, but not all. For example: Options -> Screen -> "Full screen mode" has a tooltip, but not "Enable full screen over all monitors", and not "Resize remote session to the local window".

Tooltips should be used when needed, and not on every element. So what is missing is probably a consistent policy of when they should be used and when not to.
