Help module
~~~~~~~~~~~

The help module contains links for documentation and other useful
information.

The links for the Administrator's Guide include both the latest version
of the guide and a locally installed version of the guide.

The local documentation targets the same version as the installed
ThinLinc server, and can be used without internet access. This
documentation can be reached through the web administration interface at
``https://<hostname>:1010/doc``.
