Support for ThinLinc is available in several forms.

Support Agreement

By purchase of a a ThinLinc Support Agreement with Cendio, you gain access to technical support via phone and e-mail. Support is given on an "per issue" basis, meaning that you purchase a specific number of support issues which can then be consumed during the period th support agreement is valid. With a ThinLinc Support Agreement, you gain access to highly qualified personnel with guaranteed response times.
