Publican is Red Hat tool that builds Docbook documentation into documents.

A five minute conversion of the entire TAG can be found in /home/derfian/publican-tag/, with HTML, HTML-single and PDF versions.

We've abandoned DocBook in bug 4951, so this is no longer relevant.
