Windows 2016 should be added to the list of supported client platforms.

Tested on the local console of a virtual machine:

    ✓ Package signature
      Authentication methods
        ✓ Password
        ✓ Public key
        ✓ Kerberos
      Local devices
        ✓ Drives 
    ✓ Clipboard 

Tested in RDP session:

      Local devices
        ✓ Sound

Documentation updates and release notes look good.

I also verified that there are no other places where we need to add 2016. For example, the check in the windows client installer does not need to be updated, the version number for 2016 is the same as Windows 10 (and apparently this check doesn't work for modern windows versions since Windows lies about it).
