If the client is running in fullscreen mode with the option "Enable full screen mode over all monitors", it should adjust/recreate the window when monitors are added or removed. Currently it does not. This means for example that if you have a single monitor and then connect a second monitor, the client fullscreen window will still only cover the first monitor. The user needs to leave and then re-enter fullscreen mode in order to have the window cover the second monitor as well.

A similar problem exists with the option itself: If it is toggled when fullscreen is active, nothing happens. The user needs to leave and then re-enter fullscreen mode in order to get the new setting.
