Support for ThinLinc is available in several forms.
Subscription Support
A ThinLinc subscription agreement includes basic e-mail support with the ability to submit an unlimited number of support cases. Any issue you have will receive a response form our support personel within two business days.
Support Agreement
Extended Support offers significantly faster response times compared to the standard support and direct access to our techincal support through phone service. This is the ideal support package once your ThinLinc installation grows beyond being a peripheral system.
Support is given on an "per issue" basis, meaning that you purchase a specific number of support issues which can then be consumed during the period the support agreement is valid. This means our support package can be a cost efficient addition regardless if your organisation has a lot or very little in-house expertise.
With a ThinLinc Support Agreement, you gain access to highly qualified personnel with guaranteed response times.
