For ThinLinc installations catering for more than 50 concurrent users, we offer 8 hours of total consultation during your testing and evaluation phase. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Best-practice advice regarding integration with existing infrastructure
• Meetings & workshops (not including travel expenses)
• Help with configuration and setup of ThinLinc
• Integration with software and services outside ThinLinc, for example:
  • Authentication and user management
  • In-session graphic acceleration
  • Desktop environment configuration

During your evaluation phase, we offer free licenses enabling your expected number of users access to the ThinLinc cluster during a 30-day period, allowing for performance evaluations and usability studies before committing to buy. This trial period can be extended.

Besides this, you will also be issued a support agreement ID, making you eligible for ThinLinc support through the same channels as our paying customers.

ThinLinc may not always be able to check all the boxes required by your organization. In such cases, we have senior developers who can fast track the features important to you. For projects like these, we require the requested functionality to be non-customer specific and be a benefit to the wider ThinLinc community.

Outside the 8 hours of free consultation included for prospect customers, we offer extended consultation on an hourly basis. The consultation is provided by highly experienced ThinLinc engineers with extensive Linux and networking experience.
